The lady who runs the restaurant was so friendly and helpful. As others have said the majority of the menu is gluten free and she can talk you through all the options in Spanish or English. The food itself was fantastic I would recommend

Wow! Truly one of the greatest meals of my life! And the staff could not have been kinder or more accommodating - nearly everything is gluten free, and everything I had was delicious. Great wine selection too! Tapas wise - I highly recommend the gambitas al ajillo - one of the best dishes I had during this trip!
Delicious food. Only 2-3 deep-fried menu items are not gluten-free. They also give you gluten-free bread at the start.
Waitress was very kind and helped me through the menu. I don’t speak spanish but when I said sin gluten she knew exactly what I could eat. If something contains for instance couscous, they change it for rice, no problem. Very nice people and the food was delicious!!
After reading all of the previous reviews, I ended up eating at this wonderful restaurant three times. As others have said, the owner will give you guidance on what you can have that is gluten-free, which is virtually all of the menu except for a few items. The food is wonderful and prices are very reasonable. It’s fun to get little extras like unexpected tapas, and a glass of champagne. If you are nearby the restaurant during the daylight hours, stop by BOLO for wonderful coffee and good conversation.
Amazing tasty food. Staff very knowledgeable, always go with their recommendations. Bread so soft. Dishes so delicious and so much choice. Felt like I was a normal diner with so much choice. Would throughly recommend the prawns and oxtail. Given free samples of soups and dishes. This restaurant is a popular amongst the local Spanish.

Absolutely fantastic experience! The food, service, atmosphere were all amazing! We have a family of challenging food issues including a coeliac and this was perfect! A MUST visit if you are in the area!
A lovely authentic tapas restaurant hidden away on a side street in central Malaga. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and went through the menu with me for gf and vegetarian options. Had the Spanish omelette, patatas bravas, goats cheese salad and gf bread. Sangria also delicious! Would recommend for an authentic and friendly experience.

I had a great experience here. The staff was very knowledgeable about allergies. I got tortilla and it was the best I had my whole Spain trip. They also gave me delicious gluten free bread and another mini gf tapa. The sangria also comes in the cutest strawberry cup!
Mooi klein tapas restaurant! Zeer aardig en betrokken personeel met kennis van glutenvrij eten. Erg gastvrij en ze denken mee wat je wel en niet kan eten. Het eten was heerlijk. Aanrader!
Amazing service - so polite and welcoming. Knew about celiac disease and was very transparent about what was gluten free in the menu. There is really only 3 menu items that contain gluten so it’s essentially a whole gluten free establishment. Also as a bonus - every drink comes with a random tapas for free (make sure you explain that it has to be gluten free to avoid confusion). Will be returning on our next trip as it was that good! HIGHLY recommend. 5 stars
Highly recommend this little restaurant. The lady who owns/cooks:serves is adorable. She is welcoming and friendly and the food is delicious A good awareness of coeliac.

SUCH a cute place, owner herself makes all but 2-3 items gluten free and is SO sweet. Brought gf bread to the table for me too. Yummy!
So cute and off beaten path. Every detail is creative and owner very knowledgeable. Tapas are free with every drink and many entrees are GF. We also had cheesecake and owner added for free two glasses of champagne, perfect for our last night in Spain,
Owner is very accommodating- she understood cross contamination and ensured the dishes that are gluten free.

Amazing experience! The owner/chef Oliva is very informed on celiac disease and what is gluten free and what can be made GF. Additionally she was very aware of cross contamination. We ate nearly every tapa on the menu plus some of the seasonal dishes. I can’t recommend this place enough!
