I have celiac and I specifically asked the waiter several times about ensuring thr I have gluten free pasta. He assured me on multiple occasions it would be and that they understood my allergy. However, when the food came it was not gluten free. The entire situation was a mess. I will definitely not be going back.

I got the salad and Zuppa Toscana. Server took care to protect me. I don’t know if I would have ventured to get other items out of concerns for cross-contamination. There were several gluten free options not marked on the menu but listed on the website. I have celiac and did not get sick. I would eat here again.

They accidentally mixed up my GF noodles with the regular noodles. I got really sick, although I noticed after a few bites. I won't be able to trust them again.

Salad is served without croutons and dressing in a package. Have gf pasta.
Yes
Never had a problem getting sick, but the gf menu leaves much to be desired, and the execution needs work. Pasta is usually falling apart and overcooked.
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
