We are new to the gluten intolerant world, and our daughter lives on pasta. Great experience with Olive Garden in New Braunfels. Waitress was very thoughtful, notified the kitchen and my daughter had a great meal. They did not take the croutons out of the salad, but, we did not ask so that has to be our responsibility too.

I’ve ordered gluten free three times from here. First time was pasta with chicken parmesan. It came out with bread crumbs on top. Sent it back and ate it, the rest of the week I was ill. Tried going back a second time and got pasta with meat sauce. I got sick for a week. This last time I had to go because it was a family gathering. I ate pasta with just fresh parmesan on top. I did not get sick. I’m guessing it’s the sauce and or meat that was making me sick.
GF rotini with primavera sauce and grilled chicken, no croutons on the salad, perfect
Yes
Very limited GF options. Allow extra time for food to arrive, as it takes longer than other menu items.
Twice i ordered gluten free pasta and twice it was chewy and undercooked.
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
