My mom and I ate there last night. I asked the server about an item so she went to confirm with the head chef. She personally came out to speak with me regarding my allergy and the staff was great to make sure I did not have any issues. I had the build your own pasta with gf rotini, traditional marinara, and Italian sausage. The menu was clearly marked (G) for gf and had a disclaimer that the kitchen could have cross contamination. I’m not celiac, just sensitive but did not have any issues. I’m giving Olive Garden a 4 because I would love to see more GF options on the menu.
