no matter where I go the gluten free options at olive garden are always horribly prepared. I am not sure if its the food or the fact they seem to prepare the noodles the same way they make the reg. noodles. hard, rubbery noodles in an acidic tomato sauce are not appetizing to me. They r a large franchise I really believe they can do better. if Classico can make great gluten free cream sauces why can't olive garden?
