Review of Olive Garden

I've been there twice now and enjoyed both times. They have clearly marked gf options. The staff is knowledgeable of cross contamination and will let you know what can be done. They have a system in place for letting the kitchen staff know - always a good sign in my book. The pasta was cooked well (not a mushy mess). The 2nd time the waitress wasn't as familiar with gf, so she asked questions and found out answers. Again, another good sign in my book. I have a wheat intolerance, not celiac, so minute cross contamination is not a problem for me. It's now on my go to list of restaurants for ease of ordering and filling options.
