Terrible GF Pasta. Twice ordered same thing, both came back undercooked and hard. Terrible... waiter said everyone who orders GF pasta says the same thing. At least they didn't make us pay for it.
Their GF pasta is a frozen microwaved meal, but they still charge premium price for it. It's part-cold, part-hot, terrible texture. An absolute joke. I've confirmed with other online reviews that the GF version is indeed just frozen TV dinner type pasta, not worth the price. For a restaurant to serve such a thing is a shame.
GF pasta undercooked, which was horrible. Waiter came by and said "oh, your not eating much", I told him the pasta was undercooked and he said "haha, that's funny, some other lady told me that too". Then he turned and walked away. Needless to say, I will avoid dining at this restaurant.
waitress was wonderful to substitute vegetables with spices for salad w/ no croutons. even double checked our order after we informed them of gluten issues.
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
