I’m not naive to know that there’s probably not much GF safety in a dedicated traditional pasta restaurant…but, twice I have found pasta on my GF Zuppa soup. I’m not really sure why I chanced it a second time…the soup really is delicious. I’m just disappointed that they have an actual GF menu but don’t practice any safety it seems.
We go here regularly and have had no reactions. The servers are always very knowledgeable and caring.
The website indicated shares prep space etc with the regular pasta.

Gluten free menu and knowledgeable staff. The GF pasta is good but nothing stellar. I could make better stuff at home for 1/4 of the price.
Although I have never gotten sick off of the food, the pasta is often times undercooked or cold and hard which is pretty unpleasant.

this location is great, the manager came out to our table to let us know they were taking the cross contamination seriously and that we were in good hands. ordered gluten free pasta, soup and salad options, nobody from our group got sick
Had a wonderful evening at this Olive Garden. Waitress was very attentive and explained everything they do to ensure no cross-contamination occurs. The manager came to confirm my order and delivered it herself. She said it is the restaurant’s policy. Very good experience. Will visit this location again.
On the table there is a tablet that will pull up a gluten free menu. It’s pretty limited but they do have gluten free pasta and one of their soups is gluten free.
I’m a newly diagnosed celiac, and I was really upset about not being able to eat at Olive Garden. A friend of mine who is also celiac suggested going anyway since they do have gluten free pasta and a gluten free soup! I went today, and the experience was so great. I notified my server who actually has a direct family member with celiac disease. He was very helpful. The manager even came out to see me and assure me they would help. The manager personally brought out my food separately from the rest of my party’s and explained that it was made with brand new ingredients and utensils. Overall, it was so great, and I want to make sure any gluten free people will know this restaurant was great!
