I tried eating some of their gluten sensitive food, not gluten free as they don't have a dedicated part of the kitchen, and I became very ill. I'm not sure if it's because not all the elements involved, sauce, meats, etc., aren't gluten free or if there's too much cross contamination but I do not recommend eating here.
No
The GF menu is minimal. CC is high. Unless you’re eating a plain salad, I wouldn’t be comfortable eating here.
No
This is not recommend for celiac! Cross contamination is part of the problem here. Also, GF pasta is boiled in the same water as the wheat pasta.
Their gluten free pasta tastes great and they are very helpful in making arrangements for me, they bring out croutons separate from the salad, less bread sticks so it's not as tempting (lol), and most dishes can be substituted with gluten free pasta.
The manager came over to explain that they were remaking my meal bc they didn't prepare it properly the first time... And he apologized for the delay. I didn't mind bc I'd rather wait than get sick. But it didn't matter... Within a few hours I was sick and knew I was glutened.
Awful corn pasta that was under cooked. Very disappointing.
Has a limited menu with disclaimers. The manager said he would make sure it was free of wheat etc., however I became very bloated and had much discomfort. I think the entire kitchen staff are foreign.
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
