My office catered lunch from Olive Garden. My manager specifically ordered the zuppa toscana soup ( listed as GF on their menu)and told them I had a gluten allergy; i was glutened- prob cross contamination. Will never try to eat there ever again.

For all their advertising of a gluten free menu I found it very disappointing. We left and found a restaurant with actual choices.

I ordered a Caesar Salad and a pasta dish with chicken. I had sent been to Olive Garden in years and figured I'd give it a shot.
Well I regret it. Probably the worst pasta dish I've ever been served in a restaurant. Tasted microwaved. Pasta was hard and the chicken was rubbery. The overall flavor was bland. The salad while the dressing and lettuce was ok the cheese was very old, discolored and didn't taste good.
Also as a fun side affect I got sick afterwards.
Maybe it was an unlucky visit, who knows, but I won't be returning to find out.

They do not know how to cook gluten free pasta...the pasta was still completely hard and uncooked. I do not recommend any of their pasta dishes on the gluten free menu.
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
