They do not train there staff at all. They add breadsticks to your takeout when it says gluten allergy all over it. When you dine in and tell them you have a gluten allergy they allow you to order and serve you food that is not gluten free and then blame the kitchen for the mistake after you’ve already eaten it. The Managers show no accountability and try to blame the customer and when you insist on seeing the info the kitchen had for the order and show them it says gluten allergy they just ‘oh sorry’. Based on my experiences I would not recommend them.

Have gotten gluten free pasta here several times and never had an issue

Delicious! I recommend the primavera with the gluten free pasta. Sooo good. If you are in the mood, try the Italian soda. You'd be surprised how good it is.
My son has Celiac and when I asked the waiter, they were very nice and told me they had gf pasta and sauces. My son loved the rotini pasta. Everyone was very nice and helpful with my questions.

My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
