They have a limited gluten free menu, however after reading reviews from other Olive Gardens, I wouldn’t trust the pasta. I just opted for a steak and broccoli and made them aware I was gluten free. They did try to put fettuccine Alfredo on the plate with it even though that’s not a gluten free option on their menu, so be aware. In other reviews I was seeing gluten sensors indicating gluten and people finding different types of pasta in with the gluten free rotini they ordered.
Update from the next time we came: they gave me salad with croutons even after the waiter said it wouldn’t have croutons
Something I wasn't aware of but just found out you can order any of their soups gluten free! Just passing it on!
There is a Gluten Sensitive menu available but it sucks. It has about 3 items on it. Steak, salmon and GF pasta with red sauce. I ordered the steak. The only side item available was broccoli. I hate broccoli. I ate the steak and was def still hungry. The waitress did seem knowledgeable. The only preventions for cross contact is taken with the GF pasta.
I took a risk and ate at this location and surprisingly had no reaction! The manager there actually stopped by the table and assured me that there was no cross contact and even went above and beyond to put the dressing separate from the salad and brought our plastic silverware. I rated lower because I have certainly gotten sick from this location before and know not everyone will be as fortunate as I was this visit.
Let the server know I was celiac. She came back with my salad and let us know that she took new ingredients so that there wouldn’t be a risk of contamination.
I ordered the chicken parm. Manager brought out my dinner. Assured me that they used new gloves, new ingredients and was aware that I was celiac.
I brought my left overs home and reheated it , the pasta stayed super soft and fresh!
