We still come here occasionally because my family likes it, and there are GF options, but they're not great. You can get soup and salad (no crutons), grilled chicken parm, plain salmon, plain steak, GF pasta with sauce... and that's about it.
The grilled chicken parm is OK, but the other options are bland and kind of depressing. And I still get stomach issues sometimes; if I was a more sensitive Celiac I probably wouldn't trust this place at all. And there are much better options in the area.

The gf options were VERY limited (only 4 choices). Ordered the gf pasta and it tasted as though it was pulled out of the freezer, thrown in the microwave, and had a pesto sauce tossed in top. The pesto sat in pools of oil and the pasta was hard on top and chewy underneath. Do yourself a favor and don’t go. (The waitress we had was phenomenal....she needs to get a new job...she was way too sweet for this place!).
There were very few options for gluten free. Rotini with marinara/ pesto/ meat sauce/ grilled chicken parmigiana and a Salmon dish. I do not have Celiac but I do have an intolerance, I feel horrible and I know for sure it was Olive Garden. Please be careful.

No, No, No. turn around now. Not Celiac Friendly! 3btimes I found regular wheat pasta mixed into my GF dish..... the manager admitted to me that they use the same water!!!!!!!! run!

Just had my first meal there. The gluten free items choices are very limited. Only pasta sauces available are red sauces. Caesar salad was basically a mayo dressing with shaved parmesan on top. Meh.
In the last 24 hours since eating their I've been very bloated. I don't know if it is related.

Limited items. Chicken overlooked and hard. Cross contamination. Disappointing. My third meal here. Recommend bringing your own food.
Limited menu. Been there twice with no issues. Had Caesar salad the first time then regular salad and pomadero the second visit.
Alright if you don't have any additional allergies. The environment it filled with flour though.

The first time I ate here was shortly after they declared themselves to free
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
