Server was awesome and I have always had great experience. I'm giving it 1 star, bc I haven't been there since I found out I have celiac (8mo ago) and just went today...my stomach has been hurting all night. I ordered gluten free pasta with meat sauce, salad wo croutons. Not sure where the gluten was (maybe the salad dressing) or if I'm very sensitive to gluten and flour accidentally went into my food. Not sure, but won't be going back. Service was great and she brought out a salad for the table w croutons in a separate bowl for everyone else.
Olive Garden has a GF menu, off which I ordered the grilled chicken caesar salad. The chicken was dry, no vegetables, just lettuce. No cheese offered. I guess Caesar salad doesn't usually come with vegetables, but when I asked for other vegetables, they were gracious and brought some.
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Worst service ever. The lady was an idiot... as was the manager. My order was rang in as a typical order... Not gluten free. After checking with the manager twice, they said the Meal should have been made gluten free. Still did not reassure me. I am beyond upset. When I asked for no croutons, she said "well that will be an up charge"... What??!!?? Made no sense at all. I will NEVER go back to this restaurant. I just can't hold in my anger. So upset. Absolutely ridiculous. I did, in fact, get sick. I have celiac disease and am very sensitive.
No
My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.

I have eaten here twice and both times it was great! The servers are knowledgeable and their menu has everything labeled well so you can see what you have to choose from! They also instantly knew and aknowledged no croutons on the salad as soon as I mentioned a gluten allergy. I do wish they had more sauce options than what was listed.
