Review of Olive Garden

I tried to order on line. Horrible experience. The site refused to put any item in my shopping bag. So I called....gave them my full name. When I arrived to pay, I gave them my full name. Unfortunately five girls all standing at the entry desk just said "what, who, what". It was worse than the web site. Oh but wait, it gets better. "We do not have an order under that name". I walked out, called back and was told it was my fault that I didn't tell them my first name. I went back and paid for my order got in the car to finish my list for the day. NO UTENSILES!

The food was excellent, once I could get to a fork. Have not gotten sick. AFTER THE CONSUMPTION OF THE FOOD. Before was horrible! Pray for the staff and management, they need it.
