The best summation I can give for the gluten free options here is "mehhhh". They only have 1 kind of gluten free pasta, a penne I believe, and it was very dry and bland. Their "gluten free menu" had nothing to write home about and only included a handful of items, such as the penne and salad.

Please stay away from this establishment if you are celiac, I got glutened. I am both GF and DF and they tried to kill me on my business trip with coworkers. They said I could have the dressing on the salad, I asked them to double check since I couldn't in the past. They did double check and confirmed I could not. My GF DF pasta had spaghetti pieces in it that I was picking out I stopped eating after about 1/3 of the dish. This restaurant needs to take things seriously before they put someone in the hospital or kill them.

Our waiter was very accommodating! He gave us a gluten sensitivity menu and mentioned that they would use a new pan and tongs when making my daughters gluten free pasta. She had the gluten free pasta with marinara, and the salad with no croutons.

Surprisingly competent and professional. I was throughly impressed with the handling of my allergy, and it actually tasted good. Color me shocked!!! I’d recommend it.

They have a limited gluten free menu, however after reading reviews from other Olive Gardens, I wouldn’t trust the pasta. I just opted for a steak and broccoli and made them aware I was gluten free. They did try to put fettuccine Alfredo on the plate with it even though that’s not a gluten free option on their menu, so be aware. In other reviews I was seeing gluten sensors indicating gluten and people finding different types of pasta in with the gluten free rotini they ordered

I strictly stay with soup (Zuppa Toscana only) and salad (no croutons) and i have yet to have a problem. I’m not sure if i would trust them to make an actual dish.
