They do have a gluten-sensitive menu, but it's very limited. Also on the website/menu it states, menu items are prepared fresh in our kitchen which is not free of gluten and cross contact with other food items that contain gluten is possible. While we aim to accommodate the dietary needs of guests, we cannot ensure that these items meet the definition of "gluten-free". Please let your server know you are avoiding gluten. With that being said, I went here last night and knowing this is not a celiac friendly restaurant, I stuck with the soup and salad. I told Malina my server, I'm avoiding gluten, and she was knowledgeable about gluten sensitivities. She brought out the salad, and to avoid cross-contamination, croutons and cheese were on a plate for my friend and the salad dressing was in a small cup also for my friend. The only gluten free soup on the menu is Zuppa Toscana. My server let me know their was a fresh pot of this soup that had just been made. The soup was soooo delicious. For drinks, I just stuck to water. My server did ask me a couple of times if I wanted gluten free pasta dishes and I told her "No". At the end of our meal, my server Malina asked how I was feeling, if I felt sick, I told her, I felt perfectly fine. My rating is for the service at this location, and me not getting or feeling sick last night or this morning.

AMAZING experience! They had all allergens listed on the ziosk. When I said I have celiac, they told the kitchen and all servers who would be attending to my table and everything was prepared separately to avoid any cross contamination. They even had separate servers bring out my food to avoid it.

My experience tonight at Olive Garden was excellent. The waitress was knowledgeable about my options. Then the manager came over and acknowledged that I had requested for gluten-free options and insured me that they would change gloves to maximize safety. Then a third person came over to serve food and he pointed out that it was gluten-free and that they changed their gloves when making my food. I don't have allergies, but I am sensitive to gluten. I don't know if it would be safe for celiac, but it was safe for me.
