Review of Olive Garden

GF menu is offered with very limited choices. The waiter tried to understand and said that he would write gluten allergy with my order. I was a few bites in when I found a pasta shell and my hubby pulled my plate away. I had hoped it had fallen onto my plate as it was on the side. The manager came out with my second plate saying "this one was prepared separate from the rest." Staff must not be trained at all in cross contamination. As the meal progressed, it was very obvious that I was not ok. They comped my meal but the manager was very unapologetic. Not safe, I do not recommend.
