Great staff, helped create a meal that was gluten free, dairy free and beyond.
This is a great local place that does GF very well. I had the GF modification of the Olive Tree dinner. It normally comes with pita, which they planned to take off but I had them keep it on the side so my non GF wife could eat. When picking up they triple checked that the container I ordered was separate and that I in fact wanted the pita with my order. I appreciated the extra checking in. I've ordered several times from them with no I'll effects. GF menu is only in store, not online. But they will answer your questions when you call. Highly recommend these folks.
My family had a late lunch/early supper here on a Monday afternoon. At the counter I requested their gluten free menu and asked that they note my gluten allergy; the host requested that each server and preparer review the order and the notes about allergens before she placed it. The team not only took particular care with my meal (lamb shish plate with lentil soup), but each of the items ordered by my family members that were also on the gluten-free menu (salads, fries) were prepared as if for me. Our items were delivered to the table by two separate staff members, one with my meal and the other gluten-free items, and the other with everything else. Not only did I feel safe and cared for, but this meal ranks among the best fast casual experiences I’ve ever had. Highly recommended.

Always great food and service. Tell them you have an allergy and they change their gloves. I've been coming here for years and highly recommend.

Great GF menu (available at register). Changed gloves. Had lentil soup and chicken shish dinner. Was delish.
They are careful about cross-contamination, change gloves, have a allergy alert for orders, etc. Not a ton of choices but the 10 or so GF items are delicious. I have celiac disease but eat here almost weekly for years and never had a problem. I highly recommend it 👌
