Olive Bar and Restaurant

This honestly was the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had. They make the crust with a amaranth flower blend that is gluten free. They labeled my food with extreme allergy (I have crohns but i am very reactive to gluten), they cleaned the oven before hand, they then cooked my pizza on a individual pan that is only used for gluten free pies. Ill report back in a few hours to say if the cross contamination was enough to get me (shared kitchen so there has to be some i assume) but so far so good!
