The chef is able to make most items gluten free. I have eaten here twice and had the salmon both times. Soooooo good and they made sure my food was correct. Would eat here again.
They do not have a gluten free menu, but the waiter knew what celiac disease was and was very receptive when I asked him what dishes could be made gluten free. He went to the back to talk to the chef who knew enough about the condition that certain people can't tolerate vinegar. All of the salads can be GF and they also have GF bread, although I was informed that they bake their own bread on site so cross contamination from flour is a possibility. The fryer is not dedicated.Overall a good experience and they were very helpful.
