Review of Oliver's Real Food

Oliver's Real Food is a chain I always find on the road when travelling down the highways. A good place to stop off and grab a quick snack and drink for the road. Not everything in store is gluten free, but the sandwiches, sushi, yoghurt, salads etc. is pre-packaged with clear labelling of what's gluten, dairy free, vegan, vegetarian, and so on. They also have an assortment of gluten free muffins, brownies and various health foods. A little pricey, 2 mixed berry yoghurt cups and a muffin was 16 dollars, but that's pretty standard for anything from health food stores. Would be nice to see more ready "meal" type foods gluten free (sushi, sandwiches), but aside from that a good stop off. If you're ordering something they have to make on the spot (such as soups, toast, etc.) a good idea to ask about cross contamination to make sure you're getting gluten free.
