Really great experience here. They have an allergen handout that explains the what can be prepared gluten free, though it’s not technically a separate menu. My waitress was incredibly knowledgeable as she was gluten free herself. They had gluten free buns, pasta, and flatbreads so there were lots of options. They were also very knowledgeable about cross contamination. They said that they’d make a new batch of sauce for my pasta without me even asking about how they handled things in the kitchen. My dish was supposed to have fried spinach on top, which they brought out in a separate bowl since it was cooked in a shared fryer. They said they just wanted to be safe and keep it separate in case I’m sensitive to cross contamination. Also the food was so so good!
