Review of Oliver's Rooftop

Oliver's Rooftop is amazing. Several gluten free options and a gluten free menu. We had the flatbread and I can't say enough about it! My fiance has celiac disease and he didn't get sick. Our waitress, Jo, was friendly and knowledgeable. She stated they take extra precautions and even have several staff members who have Celiac. Can't say enough good things. Even the owner was friendly and talked to us.
