I called ahead and spoke to manager and chef. This restaurant mainly offers patinas, salads and soups. They have a separate pannini maker. Sandwich is prepared on foil. They have separate utensils and prep area. The GF bread was excellent. There were many dressing options for side salads. I was very pleased with their knowledge and offerings. Very nice to work with and speak to about CD.
