The waitress was very knowledgeable about gf. I ordered a pizza and it was delicious! I didn't get sick and am extremely sensitive. Thank you Oliveto!

GF items are marked. They do have GF pasta even though menu says you’ll get cauliflower rice. Food was good.

I wish I could give it less than one star. I came here because of the good reviews. I am GF and DF. Our waitress was terrible. I ordered pizza. First one came out with cheese. She said I was wondering if you could have that. I asked if she had told the kitchen DF and she admitted that she had not. The next pizza came out with no sauce. By that time I was done. The only thing good that happened was they comped the meal. I will never eat here again.

Being new to GF, I was apprehensive to try GF pasta. Wow was I wrong. The pasta was amazingly good and the staff was really good on recommending GF options. Menu does indicate GF items as well.

Gluten free pizza crust is great! They also have gluten free pasta with many selections

I ordered the tomato bisque and the penne with shrimp and Alfredo sauce. It was absolutely wonderful. Will definitely go there the next time I am I Tyler.

I was in town from Dallas and decided to order off of their gluten free menu and this is now my favorite restaurant in Tyler! I was so surprised by all the pizza and pasta options. I got the Amore pizza, and the Asiago spinach chicken penne pasta and both were excellent. Can't wait to come back to Tyler!

lots of unusual choices for pizza. was very good. got pesto pasta as well, which was also very good. pesto could use some pine nuts. bar could use some gf beer. mojito was awful

I had the Amore GF pizza which was AWESOME! The best crust I've had since going GF! I had to find out where they get the crust & was happy to find the company online. Just in case you wanna know it's Fresh Meadow Bakery & they have lots of products too! Will definitely be coming back here for another try!

Great selections and waiter took care of my needs. Food tasted great and came out in a colored dish different from the others.

The resteraunt is great about keeping your food desperate from food containing gluten of any kind. The nicest staff and the food is delicious. I love the pizza and pasta. I can't tell a difference from gluten free to when I used to eat the regular thing. I love it.

This place had as many gluten free orders as regular orders. Different colored plates for gluten free to avoid confusion. We went with large group- excellent every time.

They do gluten free right! Their processes are tight and the staff is so knowledgeable. They bring the gf meals out on green dishes so they don’t get them confused! I am very sensitive and had zero issues. This is my number one reason to go back to a restaurant.

My husband (not gf) had one of his favorite pasta meals ever - Rigatoni Rustica. Again this meal was NOT gluten free but I wanted to mention it since our families have to go where we are able to eat safely. And it can be made with cauliflower rice.

We shared the Bruschetta Sundae made with the cauliflower pita bread. The toppings are very flavorful!

I was unsure how I feel about the pasta dish substitutes being made with cauliflower rice (not cauliflower pasta) so I ordered the margarita pizza. It was pretty good but was the exact same flavors I had for the Bruschetta Sundae.

Next time I’ll give the cauliflower rice version of pasta dishes a try. We will def be back.
