Review of Ology Brewing Co

Had an amazing experience at Ology. After talking to a bartender, I found out that the owner’s wife is Celiac, so an enzyme is added to make the beers gluten reduced. I was able to have the beers without any problem. They also had a seltzer and a full cocktail menu. Will definitely be back.
