Nice food, nice place. In this place you have to grill the food yourself (in Dutch steengrillen / gourmetten). There is a buffet with allergens marked. However, we have asked for separate meat and veggies direct from the kitchen in order to avoid cross contamination. French fries came from a dedicated gf fryer. Gf Bread was brought at the table. For the dessert we got ice cream (also directly from the kitchen instead of from the buffet).

The guests who eat gluten-free will receive a letter at the start of the dinner about which products in the buffet contain gluten and which do not. We also provide gluten-free soup, gluten-free bread, gluten-free fries, gluten-free sauces, various gluten-free salads, meat and fish. The person who eats gluten-free can also get a separate hotplate.
