Olympia Flame Diner

I’ve visited here 3 times in the last 6 months and always ordered eggs/omelettes. The staff are very knowledgeable about celiac and provided me with a safe delicious breakfast. Today the server even suggested I substitute fresh sliced tomatoes and sautéed potatoes for the gluten bread sides. She said they want people with allergies to have the full experience and enjoy a complete meal. I love this!
