Good salad bar, and gluten free pizza crusts. While likely not 100% safe (pizzas are sent through the oven on a conveyor on their own individual trays, not straight on the conveyor), I have not had any issues with the food in several years. (I am celiac with mild presentation most of the time—I know when it happens, but don’t get tremendously sick.) Of the three Olympic pizzas in the area, this one does the best with the crust. Thin & crispy, without any burnt portions.
