Had a wonderful snapper creole soup dish that had an explosion of flavors.Our Whatta Daag fishing guide owns it with his brother Omar. Greyson cooked our fresh catch making sure I wasn’t getting gluten.Actually in Placencia the wheat doesn’t make you sick. I get violently ill from gluten but not here. Had a piece of real cinnamon bread no reactions...AWESOME!!!!! They have never allowed the GMO products/seeds here.Organic, fresh and as Mother Nature intended!!!
