Really good fried eats. Chicken tender meat was delicious, both with and without dipping sauce. Fried okra and pickles were both good. They offer local Trinity Cider on tap, too! Definitely will be back.

From the owner
We are a family-friendly brewpub located just outside of Love Field on Lemmon Avenue. We offer a varied selection of craft beer, cider, hard seltzer cocktails, mead, and wine. All of the ciders, our hard seltzer cocktails, mead, and wines are gluten-free. Our food menu is centered around our gluten-free fried chicken with many gluten-free scratch kitchen sides like our potato salad, brussels & almond slaw, and our cucumber & tomato salad. We offer a separate menu listing of our gluten-free items to make the ordering process easier, which is available on our website at on-rotation.com. Our fryer is only used for gluten-free items as are dedicated parts of the kitchen.

The GF fried chicken is phenomenalllllll. The waitress I had was very cautious about cross contamination and made sure was giving me accurate information. Lots of GF options and they are all really good, including the ciders. I didn’t have any symptoms of being glutened afterwards either. So happy I found this place

Great food and service. First time my daughter has been able to have fried chicken since being diagnosed with celiac disease. Sides interesting and yummy. Good atmosphere and super convenient to Love Field. Great beer selection for non-celiac parents.

The chicken is DELICIOUS. The cucumber salad and fried okra is, too. I haven’t tried the potato salad yet, but will next time.
The biscuits are SO TEMPTING, but unfortunately not GF.
I wish the menu was even more obvious (GF or not) because when I ordered at the counter, it was clear that the worker wasn’t sure what gluten free meant. (He said I could order the mac’n’cheese without breadcrumbs to make it GF, but luckily another worker corrected him that the mac’n’cheese is NOT GF. ) I’m positive this was just a growing pain and the staff has learned. I only mention this as a “be diligent when ordering if you are celiac.”
Maybe all GF items could be labeled the same color, so it’s easy to quickly decide.
Great space, and I’m glad there are options for my non-GF friends.
