Review of On the Border

GF menu consists of a page in a binder listing which menu items can be GF. Choices seemed pretty limited. Chips are no longer fried separately so while there is an extensive list of GF dips, I'm not sure what you'd do with them. Waitstaff didn't seem particularly knowledgable about gluten, but then also didn't appear to care about much at all.
