Beware: This amazing place is now closed, different owners even though site and Insta will bring you to a restaurant called SLS. I am not sensitive celiac and felt a reaction here. Items are not marked. I did not get a vibe that they cater to GF communtiy. I went thinking it was still Third Ave Cafe until we asked server as menu was different. We decided to try anyway and unfortunately will not return. We will miss this place.

Wonderful little cafe in beautiful Spring Lake. Owner and Staff knowledgeable about GF issues. Be sure to mention you must be GF as they have a separate grill area to ensure no cross contamination. In season they are open for casual dinner (byob), somewhat limited gf menu, however would still recommend as a nice way to end a day at the shore.

A nice little gem in this charming beach town. Wait staff very friendly and accommodating. Good GF choices for breakfast and lunch. Daughter loved the GF French toast. We were served our meals pretty quickly although it is now off-season and we were early and the place was not busy. A nice change for us as we always wait extra long for our meals to arrive.
