The lunch buffet has vegan and meat option, both always gluten free. Salad buffet is nice, sometimes something with gluten but wery well marked. You can order gluten free bread with the meal, toasted on a clean pan.The dinner list varies but very easy to pick the gluten free dishes. Everything else is professional and cross contamination is avoided but I wouldn't take the gluten free marked cake that is on same display with wheat donuts (unless contamination isn't an issue). I visit them almost weekly, never a problem.
