Review of One Block West Restaurant

This upscale restaurant is located one block up from the walking mall in Old Town Winchester. The seasonal menu changes frequently, and is elegant and delicious! Their wine choices were good, and I was able to sample some before choosing which to drink. The hostess/ wait staff went over the menu with me, and I could order almost everything. We got the scallops, and mushroom salad appetizers, a charcuterie platter, and a cod entree to share among 3 people. Portions are not huge, but we were satisfied. We shared a flourless chocolate cake for dessert, but there were a couple other gluten free options as well. Along with the check we were brought gf dark choc truffles. Simply outstanding!
