Permanently closed. I have eaten here twice in the past month and it's great. I'm a big fan of the Italian Cold Cut sub. That is next to impossible to find gluten-free, and it's delicious! But everything is good here. Tried the pizza recently and it was really delicious.

I absolutely love One Dish!!! Everything from the Owner’s, their story, the dedicated gluten free to the menu!!! Yes, I said menu because while traveling we were able to stop here twice! Both times we ate in and did take out. A few of our favorites.... The pizza!!!!!! I was able to eat PIZZA!!! Those of you that are also Celiac can appreciate my excitement. Corned Beef Reuben sandwich on Maureen’s RYE!!!!! Yup I said Rye!! This sandwich melted in your mouth. Maryland Chicken Wings!!! So glad I tried these. Craving them the rest of the trip! Banana Bread!!!!! French Fries!!! We ate our way through the menu. A good reason to travel through Maryland again.

We were greeted at the door by a gentleman who asked what our food allergies were. He was VERY knowledgeable of the menu and exceptionally helpful with our selections. They make their own...everything. The breads, the dressings, everything...so they know what is in everything. Never been so easy to order at a restaurant in my life. Grilled cheese was excellent (get it with bacon!)

Hands down the most knowledgeable owner, and safest place I have been able to eat. They have pizza, pasta, burgers, hot wings (in 4 flavors!!!!), sandwiches, salads, donuts, whoopie pies. bananna bread, etc. They make custom cakes, with notice. They also have prepackaged meals to go. It was so satisfying to be able to eat anything in the restaurant. Try the donuts, you won't be disappointed!!! This place is worth going out of your way for.

I wish I could add a picture we took of the cake. It was better than what I expected. One Dish Cuisine went out of their way to make this a special event. Thank you thank you thank you. This is the only place to go if you want a delicious cake for a special event that is gluten-free. By the way, nobody knew it was gluten-free.

Highly recommend for celiacs, varied menu options, and delicious quality food. The cafe has indoor and outdoor seating in a strip mall that was otherwise empty on a Sunday afternoon. The lady who helped with our order was patient, kind, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Our family enjoyed the chicken parm platter, chicken tenders with fries, pulled pork sandwich, and 2 pizzas. Everyone agreed that the pizza was amazing, best pizza ever. We were so full that we didn't try the desserts.

This is one of my favorite places to eat out, and the only place where I feel 100% safe that no cross-contamination will occur, which is vital for people like me who have been diagnosed with celiac disease. The owners are fabulous and truly caring towards the food allergy community. They have the best margarita pizza ever, and have even been told by an elderly woman from Italy that it the better than even hers! Also, I highly recommend their Maryland Wings, which are wings with Old Bay and Honey sauce. But, pretty much everything here is delicious, and that is what makes One Dish stand apart - the food is allergy and celiac friendly, but without any compromises to taste or presentation.

Tears literally welled up in my eyes as I tasted my first Reuben in six years (since my celiac diagnosis). This is hands down the best gluten-free restaurant I've visited, and I make a point of searching them out. The first thing you'll notice when you approach is a sign on the door forbidding any outside food or drink. Here's why--as the sign itself explains--that's important. Staying gluten-free, for those of us with serious autoimmune issues, is all about avoiding cross-contamination. These folks take it very seriously. Some supposedly gluten-free kitchens keep gluteny flour and bread perilously close to prep and cooking areas; the proprietors here do everything they can to not even let it in the door. The menu itself is split into two sections, one of which is also completely dairy free. Otherwise, in addition to gluten, they eschew a half dozen plus other major allergens. Again, this isn't a restaurant that addresses allergens casually, on the side or as a second thought. They take what they do very seriously. The food itself is delicious. That Reuben was amazing. They also have the best gluten-free fried chicken I've tasted. They make lots of desserts as well. If we lived in the area, I'd be there all of the time. I've told my wife that it'd be worth the flight out just to grab a meal. On top of everything else, the couple that owns and runs the place are extremely friendly and more than willing to share details about the operation and even give you insight into their personal experiences, which was also very welcome. And you can tell that they have good relationships with their regulars. One Dish is very close to BWI. My suggestion (and what we will be doing) is that every time you visit DC (let alone Baltimore) is to fly into that airport (Southwest flies there and from what we've seen the airport and the airline have the cheapest prices in the region, so you'd be doing yourself a favor anyway). One Dish was fortuitously our first stop after landing and picking up our rental and our last stop before heading back home.

Maureen and Dave run an amazing establishment that serves hundreds of people with all kinds of food allergies. From the minute you walk in the door, their passion to feed sufferers from food allergies safely is extremely evident. They ask everyone if they've been there before and if not, they run down how the restaurant is set up and run and how important it is that the customer keep the environment safe from food allergens for all customers. The food is amazing! They support numerous charities such as the Celiac and Autism Foundations. They tailor their service to each customer's needs. I am one of three people in my family that have Celiac Disease and I have numerous other food allergies as well. It is sublime to be able to safely eat out with my family. Thank you Maureen and Dave.

It's amazing to have a place like this to go, where my Celiac daughter can order absolutely anything off the menu. The staff is very thorough and clear about their allergy procedures, which really put us at ease. The baked goods and other desserts were delicious. That said, every entrée we tried tasted like something we could make at home, and was actually fairly expensive. The only reason I gave it only four stars is that the staff was a little rude, but judging by the other reviews here maybe they were having an off day.

Put simply, this restaurant is heavenly for people with celiac disease and food allergies. One of my children has celiac disease, and another has anaphylactic allergies to tree nuts and shellfish. Both of them can eat ANYTHING on the menu, and the freedom in that is such a beautiful thing. We can actually relax and enjoy our meal together, without fear of cross contamination or sickness. We have tried many things and all have been delicious. Their favorite is pizza and fries. Oh, and the cheesecake! Thank you for providing a safe haven for our family.
