Very knowledgeable and friendly staff, and delicious food. My date and I split the pulled pork, pigken, and brisket, with sweet potatoes on the side. He had corn bread casserole and garlic bread on a separate plate.

I found many gluten free options on the menu here. The smoked meats have no gluten in their seasoning rubs, and neither do the sauces. The most exciting option here is the thick and hearty Brunswick stew which is thickened with creamed corn! It really depends on how gluten sensitive you are as to what to order...such as fries are cooked in same fryer as breaded chicken fingers. I guess you just need to know what questions to ask since I dont expect every server to possess such medical knowledge!

It may have been our waitress but I was blown away by how inconsiderate they were. When I asked what was gluten free, she replied in saying, "Well, you should know what you can't have." My husband and I almost walked out.
