Review of One Federal

This restaurant has a gluten free menu but the waitstaff does not have a clue. When asked if items were gluten free, we were told yes. Then when brought to the table, we were told they are not and that “we should have let out waiter know we needed gluten free”. Then when they brought the check the waiter proceeded to tell us that the kitchen did not have time to cook everything gluten free. POOR SERVICE with no apology!! Do not eat at this restaurant!!!
