10/10 server was super knowledgeable, explained possible cross contamination. She knew to ask about allergies vs celiac. The food was absolutely delicious and there were many options.

Felt safe. Items marked GF. Had a delicious meal. Clearly allergy protocols are in full swing in the kitchen. Server was slightly sketch at first (“the (non gf) fryer gets really hot!” Sighhhh) but also knew to ask whether I was celiac or had a sensitivity.

Server was very knowledgeable about celiac disease. My order was tagged as allergy protocol and server could explain exactly how food was prepared. Felt very safe. Food is excellent as well. I ate there pre-diagnosis and the GF options are just as tasty so far.

i had the brewpub bbq wings here. i notified them of my allergy, the waitress was knowledgeable and ensured the wings were cooked in the oven versus in their fryer. the wings were yummy, i liked this flavour! they were a naked wing with a sticky sauce. since it’s a brewing company, the beers aren’t celiac safe — but i got a couple cocktails which were fine!

I love the food! Gluten free options are solid quality. Even though you can’t enjoy the beer they have great cocktails. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable which makes any experience easier.

Our waitress was super knowledgeable and helpful! I had a burger and side salad. The burger (in an Udi’s bun) was the best I’ve had in a long time! She anticipated all of my questions and proactively let me know they would cook my burger in a pan vs. flat top, and that their fryer items were not safe. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Winnipeg.
