Nice to have a menu be entirely gluten free. The food was pretty typical Uruguayan fare. I had a chivito and my husband had a Milanese. Not the best, but certainly worth it since it’s entirely GF. Most items include cheese (dairy free is not really a thing in Uruguay) so specify if you prefer cheese-less.
