Not sure about One Trick. We have had mixed experiences that make us leery about their GF options. The GF buns are hard and inedible and they don’t have many true GF options.

I eat here occasionally and it's gone reasonably well. The servers don't generally seem knowledgeable about gluten-free eating or particularly welcoming. I've stuck with salad (they have some good ones) and not had any problems. I ask that they request the kitchen take extra care with my meal.

I went here for an Art Prize dinner last year. We served with a gluten ignorant waitress regardless of our reservation. End up deathly ill from cross contamination before finishing my meal. Will NEVER go back. Normally I give a place 3 strikes but this experience was far too bad.

I am gluten sensitive, not celiac. The menu options available were excellent and numerous. The food was wonderful.
