Always have a good experience here. I get the burger with the gluten free bun and fries. Never had an issue afterwards
If you are celiac don’t eat here. I don’t usually leave reviews but my daughter has been standing on a corner sick in historic downtown St. Augustine. I promise this is not safe if you are celiac!
After reading reviews our group was excited to eat there since it has a dedicated fryer. We all had GF potato skins, French fries and GF burgers on GF buns. Even after explaining I had Celiac disease the waiter said they cook separately. However I got sick after eating. Luckily it was our last night in town. I would not recommend for Celiac disease. Also don’t pay extra for the GF buns. They all crumbled and fell apart.

Great food - gluten free dedicated french fries and hamburger in a GF bun. And- fantastic service and welcoming staff!.
So nice to have a tasty burger and fries! The Server assured me the fryer was dedicated and burgers with gf bun were safe as others reported. I thought it was a juicy, flavorful burger and fries were nicely seasoned. I did ask about fried green tomatoes but they are done in a shared fryer and sweet potato fries came pre-seasoned so Server did not recommend. As usual, the gf bun fell apart (not the restaurant’s fault!) but it was still nice to hold a burger in my hands and enjoy something besides a salad! Also, dog friendly outdoor seating.
They have udi’s GF buns and a separate fryer for French fries. The burgers were good, but nothing amazing. It would not be my first choice to return if I based it on taste. But in terms of safety, I had no issues and did not get sick after.
I had a turkey burger on a gluten free bun and fries. I was worried about the bun not being gluten free so I asked. The waitress brought my plate back and checked with the chef who said it was definitely gluten free. The sandwich and fries were great and I had no issues. I would go back!
Mediocre. Nothing to brag about. Four of us had burgers with fries. Burgers were just basic and plain - no flavor. Fries were cooked in separate fryer so that is great. Nice to know not being glutened however there are many other restaurants here that are much better. It’s just glorified bar food in our opinion. We also love burgers usually…..
I am visiting from out of town and am very nervous eating out but this place was great! I did not get sick! Woo! They had gluten free buns and a dedicated fryer! Big wins! Burger was yummy & server was knowledgeable!
This place was amazing, I just got recently diagnosed with celiac and have struggled based on past diet. I would recommend this place 10/10 to those of which that are celiac. Employees very knowledgeable about gluten free products as well.

The food was delicious and I’ve never seen such a big gluten free hamburger bun. They gave a designated gluten free fryer and kitchen prep area according to the waiter who was knowledgeable
We had lunch here. Gluten free sandwiches and fries are cooked in a separate area. Very tasty.

They offered GF menu and they cooked the french fries in separate oil, so no cross-contamination. I got a turkey burger on a GF bun and sweet potato fries. Was delicious!!!

Burger was tasty and well cooked. Any sandwich can be made gf with their gf bun. The bun held up to the toppings of the burger both times we ate here. Wait staff and kitchen were knowledgeable about cross contamination and gluten free items. Gf fries were safe as well.
There is a separate fryer and almost everything can be gluten free. Upcharge for a gf bun. Bison meat available and sweet potato fries were amazing thick cut.
After reading all the reviews I was disappointed in my experience. I was told I could have a burger and our server wasn't sure if the fries were safe nor which burger toppings were, besides the obvious. Took the risk and it was fine. I was adamantly told that sweet potato fries and chicken wings both have gluten and a burger was the only 100% safe option. We did go after 8pm on a Friday if that impacts anything.
No GF menu, but you can order your burger on a gf bun. They are delicious! If you let them know you have celiac they will fry your French fries in a separate fryer. Very accommodating!
The burgers are very good and the waitress was knowledgeable about celiac. I felt fine after eating there. The french fries are in a dedicated GF fryer. (And they use Udi’s hamburger buns!)
Loved the burger and fries here. They have a gluten free bun. Fries coated with a gluten free seasoning and cooked in separate fryer. Great food and knowledgeable staff. A perfect burger for a road trip through St Augustine.
Had a fantastic burger here and the menu was great ! The server was confidant and didn’t blink when I told him I had Celiac. Was nice to have a casual dinner with no worries.
Anything can be made GF and they have a GF fryer. I opted for the lettuce wrap instead of a bun and the waitress took extra note of the GF. I felt totally safe eating here and felt great after!
Terrific burgers and sep fryer so fries are safe. They toasted the Gf buns. Seemed knowledgeable and waitress told us what we could and could not have.
My brother (celiac) and I (not gf) went here and it is amazing. Both of us say it has the best fries ever. I ordered not gf and he ordered gf and the burgers were great for both of us. They had their own dedicated fryer and grill for my brother’s meal. The service was wonderful and they knew their stuff.
Huge portions, great family restaurant, staff knowledgeable. Best part-did Not get sick. Delicious meal.

This restaurant was amazing! Jack was an awesome server and provided all the gf info we needed to feel comfortable! They have a separate fryer for the fries, they offered to cook my husbands burger in a aluminum pouch to ensure proper handling and to avoid cross contamination. He is very sensitive and usually has a reaction within 2-3 hours. It's been 5 hours and he feels great! Would highly recommend!
It was good. They missed the cheese on my husband’s burger but brought it out to him. Didn’t have a separate gluten-free menu but quite tasty gluten-free buns. I would eat there again for sure.

My go to place when I’m in town. They have a designated fryer. Their sweet potato fries are delicious. Love their burgers and the gf bun is good too.
The best sweet potato fries I have EVER had hands down! Get them with the cinnamon sugar. Dedicated drier for the fries. The grilled mahi sandwich was very good too, cooked just right and served on a GF bun. Even have shakes and ice cream but we were too full from the entrees. GF items not marked on the menu but waitress said most items can be made GF, just ask!

Went here based on reviews off this app! Did not disappoint! Burgers were so good! GF buns available on request and dedicated fryer for some really tasty fries. Do yourself a favor and get the sweet potato fries. They also have like a mini ice cream shop inside too!

Best experience I’ve had since being diagnosed celiac! The staff is sooo knowledgeable and the owner even came over to watch me have my first gluten free out to eat bite! Have never had a reaction a staple when taking friends out to dinner!
Fantastic burger. Dedicated fryer. As soon as I said I needed a gluten free bun the server confirmed they had a dedicated fryer for my fries. Will definitely go back.
Great experience here - staff was knowledgeable and my order was correct! I ordered the classic burger with no bun and fries (dedicated fryer). I had absolutely no trouble afterwards.
Went for lunch and had a burger with fries. Wife got a burger with sweet potato fries. Both were amazing. Didn’t get sick. Server was knowledgeable about Celiac.
Servers were very knowledgeable about gluten-free options and were very accommodating within our party of 9. I ordered the sweet potato fries with parmesan and a pizza burger with fries and both were delicious. There is a dedicated gf fryer and I was not concerned at all about cross-contamination.
