I’m a very severe Celiac, and I also have to avoid milk and butter. I was able to order the burger with a GF bun and toasted in oil and the sautéed kale in oil. Be aware that the fryer is not safe. It seems like there are a lot of good options for people with celiac and that they take good measures. If you have both problems, like I do, the options are much more limited, but the wings and the burger and kale were delicious. I had no reaction.
