Onsen Ramen is newer and I believe they are the same owners as The Scale (not sure tho). My friend had gone there and saw that they had gluten-free options and asked how safe they were. The woman assured her the food with celiac safe. I called and asked about protocols and she said everything is separated, they have separate utensils, and they cook the gluten-free noodles in a separate pot in a separate area. She said they know how few options celiac’s have so they really pay attention to it. They also bagged my food separately from my husband’s gluten ramen on request. My ramen was absolutely delicious! Their gluten-free noodles are a rice/millet blend, and they are super yummy. They also have vegan options. I will be going back!
