My family had hibachi prepped at the table, and my food was made separately in the kitchen. This worked for me and we all enjoyed. They could do gluten-free hibachi at the table, for the whole table, but it eliminates the noodles for everyone, so I opted not to make that choice for the gluten eaters. I could not imagine it would be safe to have a “gf” meal prepared at the hibachi table if any of the other food being prepped is not gluten-free. The wait staff was knowledgeable and knew what was safe and what was not. The food was tasty. And the entertainment value was high. I’d go again.
