Not safe. Made my dietary restrictions abundantly clear. Was told they were "really experienced with GF cooking." I watched the chef use the same utensils on my GF food as all of the gluten foods. I ate it (stupid me) because it was my birthday dinner, but now I'm paying the price. They try, but there's so much cross contamination, it's not worth it.
