Opal Thai was recommended to me by a local celiac. You must make a reservation so plan ahead. I am the only one with Celiac in the group, but Opal completely understood my needs and every dish sent to the table was gluten free. He will show you a menu and then ask about any dietary and flavor preferences/needs and then start sending dishes to your table for all to share. This was THE BEST meal I had this vacation and the first time I was made to feel normal while eating in a restaurant in many years.

Best Thai food I’ve ever eaten. He can make pretty much anything gluten free. This is great for people who may be NCGI or are trying to limit/eliminate gluten from their diet. However, the kitchen is not celiac friendly and they just don’t have any way to make a dedicated GF space since it’s such a small kitchen
