I have celiac disease and i’m also a server at Ope Haus Pub in Barneveld. We have brie dip and poutine (both gluten free appetizers), gluten free buns for any burger or sandwich, gluten free pasta, french fries in their own fryer (try not to order gluten free fries on Fridays when we do fish fry, as cross contamination is more likely on fridays) and gluten free pizza crust. we also occasionally have gluten free desserts. the cooks are amazing at changing gloves and cleaning surfaces before cooking a gluten free meal, and our staff is knowledgeable about gluten free menu items. i’ve never gotten sick eating here since i was diagnosed!
