Went here yesterday for brunch and the staff clearly didn’t understand the difference between celiac and GF. They can’t make pancakes or waffles GF. I asked for the ‘open city royale’ and you choose an egg type, a meat, hashbrown, and pancakes or waffles. I chose scrambled eggs and chicken sausage (which he said was GF). Then I asked about the hashbrown and he said it was GF. I asked how it was prepared and he said in a shared fryer. (Clearly not much knowledge on cross contamination). I ended up just getting scrambled eggs, chicken sausage, and a side of fruit. It was good but not great.
